@Cancellation Before 24 Hours


If the client cancels their booking 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a full refund will be processed.
The refunded amount will be credited to the client’s bank account within 3 to 5 working days.

@Cancellation After 24 Hours


If the client cancels their booking within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time, no refund will be issued.
The amount paid will not be returned to the client’s account or the payment method used.

@Refund Timeline


All eligible refunds will be credited to the client’s bank account within 3 to 5 working days—not more or less.
