Acceptance of Terms

By booking or using any service offered by Luxury Rydes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

Service Overview

Luxury Rydes provides premium airport shuttle services, private transfers, outstation rides, and point-to-point transportation within Delhi NCR and nearby regions.

We operate 24/7, subject to vehicle and driver availability.

Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our mobile app, website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.

  • A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message or email from us.

  • We may require an advance payment or deposit depending on ride type or timing.

  • Passengers are responsible for providing accurate details (name, phone, pickup address). Incorrect details may result in cancellation without refund.

 

Pricing & Payments

  • All fares are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Pricing is shared transparently at the time of booking.

  • Final charges may include toll tax, state entry tax, airport parking fees, waiting charges, or night charges, if applicable.

  • Waiting charges: A 10-minute grace period is provided. Beyond this, additional waiting charges may apply (calculated on a per 30-minute basis).

  • Payments are accepted via UPI, bank transfer, digital wallets, or cash.

  • Invoices including applicable taxes (GST, where applicable) will be provided on request.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup time (for local rides). For outstation bookings, free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before pickup.

  • For prepaid bookings, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 working days (subject to payment gateway rules).

  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within the restricted period.

  • Any non-refundable booking fees (if applicable) will be communicated at the time of booking.

 

Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

  • Luggage must comply with standard car safety and capacity limits. Oversized or hazardous items may be refused.

  • Transporting pets or requiring child seats must be informed at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply.

  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will result in fines or recovery of repair costs.

  • No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities are permitted inside the vehicle. Breach of this rule may result in immediate termination of service without refund.

 

Safety & Conduct

  • All chauffeurs are trained, verified, and required to follow traffic rules and safety protocols.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger behaving inappropriately, posing a safety risk, or violating these Terms.

 

Limitation of Liability

Luxury Rydes is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to traffic, weather, road closures, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

  • Missed flights or connections caused by factors outside our direct responsibility.

  • Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the fare amount paid for the ride.

 

Changes to Service or Terms

We may update or discontinue services, fares, or policies at any time. Updates to these Terms will be posted on our website and/or communicated via our app or email. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation. If unresolved, disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
